Treadmill Warm Up & Agility

At a brisk walking pace (3.0), simply walk 15 seconds in each direction. rotate 1 quarter turn for 15 sec at a time till you reach forward again then reverse the direction. The purpose of this warm up is to teach the body to be strong & stable in each diction. Use this drill as a warm up or add to your existing treadmill conditioning.
